The report highlights employment growth with 15 percent of new quantum jobs created globally located in France, alongside increases in doctoral theses (over 30 percent) and master’s students (over 40 percent) in quantum-related fields. Training investments span 21 participating universities.
Public investment allocations detailed in the report include €300 million in research, €600 million in computing infrastructure, €100 million in training, and €100 million in enabling technologies.
