Commitment

The Quantum Policy Forum discloses its material funding relationships so that readers, subscribers, event participants, and the broader policy community can assess QPF’s work with full knowledge of who supports it financially.

Revenue sources

QPF’s operations are funded through a combination of sources. The Quantum Policy Radar, QPF’s paid intelligence service, generates subscription revenue from individual, team, organisational, enterprise, and academic subscribers. Quantum Bled and other QPF events generate revenue through attendance fees and sponsorship. QPF may also receive grants from public institutions, foundations, or multilateral organisations for specific research or convening activities.

No single funding source may constitute more than 25 percent of QPF’s total annual revenue. No single sector may constitute more than 40 percent of QPF’s sponsorship revenue. These limits are internal policy, designed to prevent financial dependence on any one supporter.

Current sponsors and partners

As of April 2026, QPF has no external sponsors. This section will be updated as partnerships are established.

Affiliated entities

QPF’s founder, Marin Ivezic, also founded and leads Applied Quantum (appliedquantum.com), a quantum technology professional services firm, and Secure Quantum (securequantum.com), its quantum security arm. Applied Quantum provides expertise and content to QPF under a documented services agreement and receives Quantum Policy Radar access for its personnel and clients. The editorial firewall governing this relationship is described in QPF’s Independence and Editorial Firewall Policy.

QPF’s founder is also the author of Quantum Sovereignty and Quantum Ready, and the operator of PostQuantum.com, a personal blog on quantum security. These are editorially separate from QPF.

Subscriber confidentiality

QPF does not disclose the identities of Quantum Policy Radar subscribers. The subscriber relationship is a commercial contract governed by QPR’s subscription terms. Subscriber identities are not disclosed to sponsors, partners, event participants, or the public unless the subscriber has given explicit consent.

Government funding

If QPF receives funding from any government, government agency, or government-affiliated entity, that funding is disclosed here with the funder’s identity, the amount, the purpose, and any conditions attached. QPF does not accept government funding that restricts editorial independence or that requires favourable treatment of the funder’s policies in QPF analysis.

As of April 2026, QPF has not received government funding.
