The Forum tracks government procurement requirements for quantum-safe systems, sovereign cloud implications for quantum computing access, public-sector PQC migration timelines and enforcement mechanisms, and the institutional capacity challenges that affect whether government agencies can implement the policies their own legislatures have set.
